INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In accordance with current legislation, usage of this site and its content is strictly limited to private purposes.

 

Any commercial use of the data and images presented on the site, even partial, is prohibited unless approved beforehand by STE.

 

STE informs users of this site of the following points:

 

– All elements of this site (photos, texts, illustrations, animations, videos, music and sounds) are protected by French copyright law.

 

– All brands and companies featuring on this site are protected by French trademark and design law.

 

All elements thus protected are the property of Bord‘eau Village, or third parties that have authorized Bord‘eau Village to use them.

 

As such, any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation or commercialization, in whole or in part, without STE’s written permission is strictly prohibited. It constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights, punishable by a three-year prison sentence and a €300,000 fine.

 

 

PUBLISHER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The publisher does not warrant that access, operation and continuity of the site will be uninterrupted and error-free. The publisher is bound only by an obligation of means with regard to access, operation and continuity of the site.
